Debrief 08/11/15: Testing Carrier Ops (Fully Operational)

Ohhh yeah, Laser and I figured out how to have fully operational carriers and place them anywhere in the world.

Works great. Tested with the Gosshawk, but numerous other aircraft are available. We flew off of Hawaii to the USS Nimmitz. Details later.
