12/6/19: Tanoa is Liberated

The 16th Tigers Ground Combat Force took the last few strongholds of the terrorists on Tanoa, last night. La Rochelle Village, Imone, Saint Julian and finally Georgetown. The 16th Tigers was like a Swarm. The Island was Liberated with the taking of Georgetown.
Present was:

Lurch
Vball
Showboat
Cyborg

There was some pretty intense gun battles at St Julian, which made for a great time.

We had several Friendly Fire incidents, a few on Lurch, from his Trigger Happy Brother.

Lurch drove a Cheetah from FOB Charlie, while 16th foot soldiers were assaulting La Rochelle Village. It took about 20 mins to drive the slow moving Cheetah. Upon arrival, Lurch took out several enemy foot soldiers and then was immediately blown up by Friendly Fire.

During an assault on St Julian, Lurch was attempting to heal Cyborg and then commandeer an intact Quilin. However, Friendly Fire occurred and blew Cyborg, Lurch and our brand new Quinlin to pieces.

It was a great time, with great teamwork by all.
Oh, and we killed 32 rabbits.

Yes it took us a few months to liberate, but it was a lot of fun!
What's next?

Is Chernarus an option? I have no idea how to set it up but I love the map. There are a few mods involved but not too many.

I've seen a few youtube videos of it so it definitely seems to be a thing.

Anything new will due. Chernarus looks good. Sniper or somebody with access to the Arma server has to download that mission to the Arma Server and run/install it.
