A Quote from the New Manual:

3.2 INSTALLATION
BMS 4.33 is a stand alone version and does not need to be installed on top of BMS 4.32. Both BMS 4.33 and 4.32 can coexist on the same computer. You do not need to deinstall 4.32 to install 4.33.
