Here's some basic guidelines, that will make our flights go a lot smother.

Feel free to add any ideas here.

TEAMSPEAK PROCEDURE

When shot down, the pilot should;

OR when the last of remaining Airborn pilots has landed;

Change to NEXT Teamspeak CHANNEL in Family using a Hotkey combination as follows;

R-Shift + R-Control + Down Arrow

This combination works well and doesn’t conflict with anything in BMS.
It will provide a visual cue for who is still airborn and eliminate walking all over airborn pilot transmissions.
When all pilots are in the lower channel, we can then all exit the mission.

AWACS
When calling AWACS you can obtain immediate printed, on-screen response
by going to BMS\Setup\ Use Radio Subtitles
All pilots should then be able to get an answer on a Declare, even if their initial Request is walked on by another pilot.

IVC TEST
When all pilots have signed on to the IVC HOST, the IVC Host (ONLY), will begin the F1 and F2 Comm check with each pilot listed in the comms window of BMS, starting at the top and await a Response.

The Host will check with and wait for a response from each pilot, before entering or building a TE or Campaign Mission.

EXITING MISSION

If anyone is shot down, PLEASE Do not back out until the mission is over. Allow Falcon to Run.

When it's time to exit Mission, the host should verify every pilot is down and then give call for Exit.

The Host should verify everyone has exited and exit LAST.
