Interested in X Plane 10?

FYI, I found a copy of X Plane 10, Regional: North America, at my local Office Depot (I think Office Max bought them out?) for $29.00.. I thought that was a good price, although it just covers the North America Continent, the rest of the world can be purchased, but not sure for how much. I don't think it has a multi-player mode.
