The 16th flew B-25 on ground attack sorties along the northern coast of Africa.
Then we flew Carrier Ops in the Pacific, Flying the well armed Hurricanes, with (8) .50 cal machine guns and (4) cannons.
Later we defended the Fleet from Oka Bomb attacks and later tried to defend the USS Franklin.
