Debrief 09/13/15: Pacific Theater Ops

The 16th flew sorties over Midway, using IL-10's, with great success. Although historically, they were not flown in that theater, they proved to be extremely maneuverable, easy to fly, almost impossible to stall and packed a devastating punch, with rockets, machine guns and cannons. They also have a rear gunner.
We also conducted operations over Iwo Jima and Rota Island. Iwo Jima was another story. As usual we were vastly outnumbered.
Rota Island led to several Friendly fire incidents.
Pilots attending were: Laser, Sniper and Lurch.
