IL2 Mission 02/01/15 Flying Jugs and Spitfires

[Lurch]

The 16th flew several different missions. Pilots in attendance were Laser, Sniper, Lurch and Vball. We flew P47's over northern France in both escort role and bomber roles. We inflicted lots of damage, but we were either killed or captured. Ground targets included enemy Trains and Tanks. Enemy Air resistance was heavy.

We also flew the Hurricane and Spitfire over some unknown territory. FW-190's prevailed against us.
