16th Tigers win Cyborg's Balkans Campaign

Last night, after much effort, the 16th won Cyborg's ongoing Balkans Campaign. It was not without issues.
The scheduled mission was on or about Day 26: 14:01 hrs. Laser was the host. Upon entering the 3-D world, it was 02:00 hrs (dark) and the DED clock was running backwards. Laser view narrowed to a black screen and we had to back out. Cyborg had control issues on another attempt and had to back out. Sniper hosted and he also had a black screen in the pit.
We then scrubbed the scheduled mission, with the assumption that no further missions would be possible. Meantime we ran the clock at 64x and tasked various ground forces to capture Tuzla and Gornji Vakuf. Dozens of air strikes were also tasked. Ground forces would not move for days. Finally on Day 27: 04:39, Gornji Vakuf was captured, when foot soldiers arrived. Then on Day 30: 17:00 hr, foot soldiers finally captured Tuzla and FRY surrendered to NATO.
In attendance was Laser, Lurch, Sniper and Cyborg.
