Only the host. I'm no expert on it but I think the clients all download the weather data from the host when you initially join the campaign. Any updates that happen while in flight will come down to the clients as well which is why you can run into bandwidth issues if its set to update too frequently.

Forgot to take pictures of the brief. We were attacking the 137th Air Defense Bat. that was sitting on an airbase. It consisted of SA-3 and AAA. Good mission. Several towed artillery battalions were all grouped up together. We went up with CBU97's and dropped them in pairs. No losses to our flight.
